Semi Trailer Camshaft

◦ Material: Made of 40Cr alloy steel, it undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, with a surface hardness of HRC 58-62. It has excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance;
◦ Structure: It is available in left-mounted/right-mounted two specifications. The cam profile is eccentric design, which can push the brake pads to open when rotating;
◦ Precision: The machining tolerance is controlled within 0.02mm, ensuring uniform opening angle of the brake pads and stable braking effect. It is suitable for drum braking systems of 13-ton and 16-ton semi-trailers' axles. It is the core braking component for freight semi-trailers, dump semi-trailers, and low flatbed semi-trailers. It is commonly used in the matching of brands such as Fu Hua and BPW.
